Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your artwork to request a return or refund.

Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition as when received, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
If you wish to return your artwork, please contact us at ronaldriboet@gmail.com. Upon approval of your return request, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. Send the artwork to:

Once we receive and inspect the artwork and it meets our conditions, we will process your refund, minus any original shipping charges.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. For any questions about returns, please reach out to ronaldriboet@gmail.com.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your artwork carefully upon arrival. If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made artworks, limited editions, and personalized pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you'd like a different artwork or size, please return your current piece for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
